I forgot my PIN code for the FBS – Stocks & Forex Trading app

In case you have forgotten your PIN code, you can log in to your account by e-mail and FBS account password in a few steps. Notice that due to security measures, we do not store any passwords or PIN codes. However, you can create a new one.

To do so, please follow these steps:

1. Open the FBS personal area application;
2. Click on the button in the lower-left corner as shown on the screenshot below:
   
3. You will be redirected to the login window;
4. There, you can either enter your FBS account password or recover the FBS account password by clicking on the "Password recovery" button.
