MetaTrader platform shows Eastern European Time (EET) as a default.
According to this, Forex trading sessions begin in different countries at different times. This means that traders from these regions are most active during trading sessions in their regions. Therefore, when the sessions coincide, you get the most traders in the market.

Keep in mind the summer and wintertime difference: EET is 3 hours ahead of Greenwich Mean Time (GMT+3) in the summertime. In the wintertime, EET is 2 hours ahead (GMT+2).
The daylight saving adjustments occur on the last Sunday of March at 01:00 GMT, moving the clock an hour ahead. The change back takes place on the last Sunday in October at 01:00 GMT.
